The organization is located in Tennessee and earlier this year the IRS declared this a federal disaster area and extended all filing deadlines until November 3, 2025. The organization supports several ministries in various countries and is a small organization. We inadvertently failed to file this return by the required deadline. Upon discovery of this oversight, we immediately filed the return. The organization has established additional procedures regarding it's annual tax compliance to prevent this from oversight in future years.
