Committee meeting documentation Part VI line 8b At each membership meeting, each member shall be entitled to vote in person or by written proxy signed by the member giving the proxy and being dated less than 1 year prior to the meeting, unless the proxy provides for a longer period of time. All elections, decisions and business shall be transacted by majority vote of the quorum.
