Typically, Form 990 would be distributed to all voting members of the board for a review process in which questions or concerns could be raised. Subsequent to the review, the president of the foundation would give the treasurer permission to file. Due to limitations on time, a copy of Form 990 was not provided to members of the foundation board. Subsequent to filing, a copy will be provided to board members and reviewed in the next board meeting. After review, the foundation president will give approval. Should corrections be identified, an amended return will be filed. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 Governing documents and financial statements were not made available to the public.
