Form 990, Part VII, Section A, Line 1d The organization ("NHDF") shares staff and certain other expenses with New Hampshire progress alliance ("NHPA"), an IRC section 501(c)(4) organization, pursuant to a written cost-sharing arrangement. Under the agreement, NHPA reimburses the organization for all associated expenses, including the allocable share of employment taxes and benefits.
