Part VII Compensation Information: The Kelsey-Seybold Clinic (the Clinic) provides administrative services, including payroll processing, for the Kelsey Research Foundation (KRF). KRF has 25 employees that are paid directly by the Clinic. KRF reimburses the Clinic for the compensation costs of these employees.
