We identify the root causes of food deserts and strategically focus efforts on disrupting the underlying causes to rebuild the ecosystem of the food supply chain rooted in justice. We built a holistic systems approach to rebuild the ecosystem of the local food supply chain through a combination of mobile and micro store fronts, food hubs, urban regenerative agriculture and entrepreneurial opportunities for those living in food deserts. It is also the homebase for the Fresh Food Academy where participants harvest and pack food from the farm for the food hub, mobile grocery, and grocery boxes.
