After a two-week fall intensive residents are placed in rural churches where they live serve and are mentored by experienced pastors returning quarterly for further training and feedback. Our Gatherings include our annual conference and regional Equip gatherings. These events help pastors and teams connect learn and grow together all while being encouraged to continue on in rural ministry. Resource Development includes our podcasts and articles designed specifically with rural leaders in mind. Part VI, Section B, Line 11b A draft of the Form 990 is provided to all board members prior to filing. Board members are given adequate time to review the document ask questions and request clarification before it is submitted to the IRS. Part VI, Section B, Line 12c In 2024 the organization was newly formed and operated on a limited basis without paid staff or significant financial activity. As a result no transactions occurred that required conflict-of-interest review. The organization intends to implement formal procedures for monitoring and addressing potential conflicts of interest as operations expand including requiring board members to disclose potential conflicts and recuse themselves from related decisions. Part VI, Section C, Line 19 All governing documents the conflict of interest policy and financial statements are publicly available on the organizations website to provide transparency regarding its governance and operations.
