Any potential conflicts are reviewed by the full board during monthly board meetings. Part VI, Line 15a The Board of Directors review compensation and market value of the Executive Director yearly, and approve any and all changes in salary and benefits. Part VI, Line 15b The Board of Directors also reviews salary and benefits of the Coordinators of the Harmony Center and Vets for Vets projects, and makes decisions based on Executive Director recommendations, current market living and health insurance costs, and other relevant factors.
