The foundation had three fundraising events in 2024. The first event was a gala in which tickets are sold for an event that includes a meal, silent and live auction items, as well as other donation opportunities. The second event was a golf tournament in which funds were raised by players in the event, along with sponsors of holes throughout the event. The third event was a 5k run/walk. When presented, the board will vote on whether to donate to that family or not. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 8b There are no committees with the authority to act on behalf of the full board. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b The Form 990 is reviewed and approved by the board of directors prior to filing with the IRS. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c -All board members are covered by the conflict of interest policy -Any potential conflicts would be discussed and a consensus would be reached on whether a conflict exists -Conflicts would be reviewed at the board level -The restrictions would be imposed by the board. We have not had a conflict to date Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15 Hiliary Chisholm started with the organization in March of 2023. Her compensation includes an hourly wage as well as an incentive plan of 5% of the net profit from events for all of her efforts put into the events.
