Each recipient report is reviewed by the Board of Directors and considered for approval. The Organization will conduct an investigation and withhold any further award payment if a recipient fails to submit a report, or a report indicates that an award is being used improperly. The Organization will take all reasonable and appropriate means to recover that award that has not been used for its intended purpose.
