We contracted with ACACIA Center for Justice to be a Legal Service Provider under a larger contract run by them with the Federal Government. Form 990, Part III, line 3 We ended a large program through UMCOR (United Methodist Committee on Relief)through which we provided asylum and other services to immigrants referred to us through Church World Services. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b The BOD reviews Form 990 before IRS filing. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c Board is required to sign and return yearly conflicts check questionnaire. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15 Annually, the ED receives a list of questions related to performance to fill out and return to board. Board also sends a list of questions to employees managed by ED. Each questionnaire is reviewed by board and then meeting held with ED to review and advise as to areas of success and areas of improvement and to come up with a work plan for following year.
