As part of our commitment to supporting ministries, our organization facilitates pass-through donations for Covenant Church of TN using our Clover account. This process enables them to receive financial contributions without incurring processing fees, ensuring that more resources directly support their mission. Donors contributing through Clover select the specific fund to which their donation applies. Funds designated for Covenant Church of TN are then transferred to the appropriate account, ensuring accurate documentation and transparency. Mathew 11:28 Schedule B, Part I For the fiscal year ending 2024, the Organization did not receive any contributions from a single donor that met Schedule B reporting threshold. A timely request for an extension was submitted as we required additional time to accurately complete and file our Form 990. This extension was accepted by the IRS. Subsequently, we received a letter from the IRS notifying us that an automatic extension had also been granted due to Tennessee's designation as a federally declared disaster area. We are grateful for this consideration and wanted to clarify that our original extension request was submitted prior to receiving this automatic relief.
