Part VI, Line 7a The Hyder Community Association members nominate and elect the five board members that serve 2-year terms to conduct day-to-day business. Part VI, Line 7b The members vote on the approval of the annual operating budget for the Association. Part VI, Line 8b The Hyder Community Association has no committees that act on behalf of the governing body.
