List of other expenses Part IX line 24e This $53,670 expense represents a loss that the Organization sustained from the sale of a vacant lot on Main Street in Clinton, Tennessee, that it had received from the related organization, Anderson County Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber had purchased the vacant lot in August 2022 in anticipation of buidling a facility for use. When the Chamber formed the Foundation and another vacant lot was donated to the Foundation to build a facility on it, the Chamber transferred title to the Foundation when the lot sale was going to happen within a few months. The Foundation then sold the Main Street lot, within the few months of transfer. The Foundation sold the Main Street lot to the City of Clinton for a loss of $53,670. The lot was never used by the Chamber or the Foundation.
