Financials are compiled and reported by an attorney, admitted to practice before the IRS whose practice is concentrated in the area of nonprofit org. compliance. Most financial transactions are conducted in currency of Afghanistan ( afghani ) and the exchange rate is calculated by members of the Board of Directors of the organization. Asset Valuations and Construction costs: Currently for the convenience of the organization and reporting- Construction Costs are tracked separately and reported as EXPENSES of the organization. IF the projected is completed during the same year the total costs for project is then then reported as the basis and included as an Asset on the Balance sheet for the same year.
