Our efforts were rooted in person-centered planning and a commitment to increasing independence, inclusion, and economic self-sufficiency. Eight individuals participated in paid internships, gaining hands-on experience and building skills aligned with their career goals. Another eight secured permanent employment, earning wages above the state minimum.
