Part VI, Line 8b There are no additional committees with authority to act on behalf of the governing body. Children's Garden has gone though multiple directors in the last 12 months. This led to missing financial documents and a significant effort needed to reconstruct and validate financial records. A review of our financial processes and data revealed inconsistencies that required a comprehensive cleanup and reconciliation. This process was done to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the financial statements being submitted. With this work now completed, we are confident in the accuracy of the enclosed financials. We are also implementing new controls to prevent similar issues in the future and to ensure timely reporting going forward including bringing in a consultant to help address fundamental institutional issues.
