Coordinating the services and resources of over 20 Partner Agencies, we are heavily focused on cancer-related health concerns among low-income and minority community members through early screening and timely treatment. In 2024, CJN had 12 Community Navigators who are trained health educators who work to reduce barriers to cancer care, connecting people with educational services aimed at the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of cancer.
