(4) Removed the requirement that directors must receive a copy of a proposed amendment to the ByLaws at least 30 days before the meeting to adopt the proposed amendment. (5) Changed the mission of the organization back to its original statement in 1998: To promote local economic development and further social welfare in the community known as the Southside Medical District in Fort Worth, TX, by operating a small business incubator that will provide small, start-up businesses with operating space and management counseling and support, at below market rates.
