Conflicted individuals are recused and all decisions are documented to ensure transactions are fair and in the organizations best interest. Part VI, Section C, Line 19 No documents available to the public Part IX, line 11g | Description:, Amount:| Network Staff, $39764| This was the organizations first year filing Form 990-EZ and we were unclear on the filing requirements and deadlines. While we made efforts to comply we did not fully understand the protocol and necessary steps until after the deadline had passed. Once we became aware of the missed deadline we promptly sought guidance and support to ensure our filing was completed accurately and in accordance with IRS requirements. With this assistance we were able to submit the return as soon as possible. We respectfully request that the late filing penalty be waived as the delay was due to reasonable cause and not willful neglect. Going forward the organization has put procedures in place to ensure that all future filings will be completed in a timely and compliant manner.
