Any person, firm, association, corporation, or body politic or subdivision thereof, may become a member by receiving electric service from the Cooperative and by paying the membership fee. The service area of the Cooperative shall be divided into nine zones, each to contain approximately the same number of members. Each zone shall be represented by one director.
