We relied on this individual to prepare and submit the return in a timely manner; however, the process was not completed as expected. Once we became aware of the oversight, we took immediate action to engage new assistance, gather the necessary records, and prepare the return for submission. We have now implemented additional internal review procedures to ensure timely filings in the future.
