Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b Form 990 is reviewed by the Finance lead and the Executive Director for accuracy and completeness. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 Each year, the Executive Board convenes to review compensation for Executive Director with reference to concurrent market conditions and environment. This is memorialised by the issuance of a Board Memo specifying the rate and pay and other pay conditions for the role.
