The organization had no unrelated business income during the years ended July 31 2023 and 2022. U.S. GAAP requires management to evaluate tax positions taken by the organization and recognize a tax liabilityor asset if the organization has taken an uncertain position that more likely than not would not be sustained upon examination by the Internal Revenue Service. Management has analyzed the tax positions taken by the organization and has concluded that as of July 31,2023 and July 31 2022 there are no uncertain positions taken or expected to be taken that would require recognition of a liabililty or asset or disclosure in the financial statements. The organization is generally no longer subject to tax examination relating to U.S. Federal tax returns for years prior to the the past three3 years. Item B - Amended Return We submitted the filing prior to the completion of the auditors final financial report in order to meet the deadline. Subsequent adjustments included journal entries for in-kind expenses from prior years that had not been allocated in the year the donations were received as well as a prior year adjustment. Additionally a new lease accounting requirement was implemented resulting in the addition of a right-of-use ROU asset amortization journal entry. The financial reports were finalized on September 24 2024 and we are now amending the Form 990 to incorporate these adjustments. Part VI, Line 12c Board members are required to annually disclose any conflicts in writing to the Board. Part VI, Line 19 All documents and policies are available upon request. Part XII, Line 2c Form 990 Part XII Line 2C: The organization has not changed either its oversight process or selection process during the tax year.
