Increase staff competence and confidence in having discussions about the wonderful ways we are alike and the wonderful ways we are different, about fairness and justice, and about racism and all forms of bias.Curriculum Support Circle: Formed January of 2023. The Aim of the Curriculum Support Circle is to assist in the accomplishment of the mission by designing and implementing organization-wide OST programming curriculum support systems for individual programs such as, Sociocratic Child Learning Circles, Documentation, Reflective Practice, and Emergent Curriculum, Rituals, Child-Selected Activities, Child-Directed Activities, and Staff-Directed Activities.Culture and Community of Care Circle: Formed November of 2023.
