We disseminate the most up to date scientific research and resources available to equip policymakers, educators, individuals, and families to make the most informed choices for optimal sexual health. Our major program accomplishments are as follows: (1) "The Moment" movie was completed and posted online as a free public service educational tool to inform Gen Zs of the consequences of decisions they make in a moment of time. Thousands of Gen Zs have watched the movie to date. (2) The companion The Moment website was developed and posted to give Gen Zs medically accurate information to help inform the decisions they make in a moment. (3) The STD Wizard is an online STD/STI risk assessment tool that permits any person, on a confidential basis, to take an online five-minute quiz to help determine if they are at risk of having an STD/STI. At the end of the quiz, the STD Wizard compiles a list of CDC testing and vaccine recommendations based upon the user's answers and urges the user to share the recommendations with a healthcare professional for additional advice. In 2024, over 48,000 people took the online STD Wizard quiz and received confidential sexual healthcare recommendations. (4) Each month on the first Friday of the month the New Sexual Revolution Coalition (NSRC) hosts a one-hour Zoom meeting where 25-30 organization leaders meet to hear national researchers and speakers give details of their work on topics of optimal sexual health and training resources. (5) The medical Institute's website continues to be used as a resource for medically accurate information on such topics as the Sexual Health Epidemic, STIs, Cancer Risks with STIs, Condoms, Pornography, Racial/Ethnic Disparities and STIs, Transgender Medical Treatment and Minors, The Brain and Sex, and the Success Sequence. (6) The online STD Course-a two-hour training course with a test at the end-was utilized by 48 people including students in a Master of Public Health graduate program. (7) Six interns from a Master of Public Health graduate program were guided in their research and production of training resources.
