Disclosure and Duty to Report All officers directors and key personnel must disclose any potential conflicts of interest at the start of their tenure and annually thereafter. Additionally they must report any new conflicts of interest that arise during the year to the Board of Directors. Disclosures should be made in writing and reviewed by the Board or a designated committee. Procedures for Handling Conflicts Disclosure: The individual with a conflict must disclose all material facts.
