The current administration doesnt take that same position. We need to report as it is required by law to operate a 501c3. Part VI, Section B, Line 1 The governing board has complete authority to grant authority to subordinate boards if any and any committee to execute on behalf of the governing board for the Greater Christ Temple Church. Part VI, Line 11a The process is covered with 3 sets of eyes regarding our process. Initially the bookkeeper and CEO are made aware that we are starting our 990 process. Afte this the "Director of Administration" goes through the form to complete working with our financial office. Once this is completed the general treasurer reviews the form for accuracy and completeness then turns the form back over to the "Director of Administration" to complete and file. Part VI, Line 15 All compensation salary goes through a process of determining the correct level of compensation by doing thorough research to determine if levels can be matched and reached. Once a compensation package is determined and it meets the criteria such as; position area median income for that position and type of job duty and performance; it goes to the governing board for approval or disapproaval. Part XII, Line 2c No change in oversight - We still have our CEO in place and other principles on the board. However note we did lose our assistant pastor but he remains on the Greater Christ Temple Board of Directors.
