In doing so, the committee may consult multiple sources of information, including a review of comparable organizations' Form 990 and published salary surveys for nonprofit organizations. The Executive Director has a salary structure document for the organization to assist in determining compensation and FVLC subscribes to the annual FairPayNCA salary and benefits survey so that she can determine comparable in the nonprofit community for similar positions. The Executive Director has reviewed and revised the salary structure based on the increased amount of funds FVLC has received in the last two years from Government sources.
