Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 8a Quarterly Board Meetings were held where any actions were documented. Minutes of those meetings were validated/agreed to at successive meetings. The results of those committees were validated either by emailed concurrences of the Board or at the next Board Meeting (as applicable).
