This joint effort achieved significant community milestones,such as providing access to safe water for 134 familes through the installation of water storage tanks and fileters, as well as building homes for 10 families in need. Additionally, 130 school supply kits and 120 toys were distributed, directly benefiting children in the served communities. These initiatives reflect the organization's ongoing commitment to sustainable development and the well-being of vulnerable communities.For the upcoming fiscal year, Service For Peace has set ambitious goals, including integrating three new members into its board of directors and launching an ambassador group at NC State University with 10 members, while strengthening the existing group at AppState with 10 new participants. The organization also plans to reforest 5,000 pine trees, provide safe water access to an additional 130 families, and mobilize a total of 470 volunteers from the United States and the Dominican Republic.
