Our Board of Directors identify the individulas within the organization covered by the conflist of interest policy and provides a survey for the individuals to disclose information that may help identify conflicts of interest and outlines the procedures to be followed in the event a conflict of interest has been identified. Part VI, Line 15 The salary for the Executive Director and Key Employees were reviewed and approved by the Board based on the achievement of prior year goals. In addtion salary was compared against salary studies for reasonablness. This is done by the Board on a yearly basis during an Executive Sessions and documented in the Board minutes.
