Part VI, Line 12c The organizations policy requires all Board Members to sign an annual declaration of compliance. Part VI, Line 15 The board conducts regular reviews to ensure our competitive practices and pricing align with industry standards. Part VI, Line 19 Documents are available upon request. The delay in filing was caused by a change in our revenue. Our filing threshold increased above the 990-N which we historically filed. Unfortunately we became aware of this after the deadline for filing an extension. Upon being made aware of this requirement we took action and sought support to come into compliance as soon as possible. Because we did not have the resources to prepare the return ourselves we engaged an accountant to close our books and prepare the full 990 return required. We are now engaged with accounting and tax professionals to support us in the IRS filing requirements so that this does not happen again. We have properly filled the extension for the 2024 return. We respectfully ask that any penalty be abated. This statement is made under penalties of perjury setting forth all the facts as reasonable cause.
