In 2022 a fire occurred at the building housing our offices causing significant damage to our workspace and infrastructure. As a result our organization was forced to vacate the premises immediately and undertake the urgent task of securing a new location from which to operate. The incident led to the loss of access to key financial and administrative records delays in communication and overall disruption to our normal workflow. The process of finding a new facility moving operations and reestablishing critical systems took substantial time and resources. During this period our ability to prepare and file our annual return was significantly impaired despite our best efforts to maintain compliance.
