Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15a A personnel committee of the Board does an annual performance review of the Library Services Director and the Business Manager which is reviewed by the entire Board. Compensation is based on that review and when possible on minimum salaries set by the Connecticut Library Association. Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 Form 990 can be located on the IRS and Guidestar websites. Documents are available upon request. In addition, Board meetings are open to the public and minutes are available upon request; financial statements are filed with the three service towns and are also made available upon request.
