One of the members of our organization has been volunteering in our mission and we decided to increase the investment in that mission so we officially started a program listed above. It is a program in line with what we have already been doing, we just decided to invest much more in it and take it from a volunteer based program to a 30hr/week paid position. Part VI, Line 11b David Williamson (president), with the help of Timothy Zeddies (assistant to the Treasurer) and Kayla Baric (bookkeeper), prepare the initial version of this 990. They submitted the draft version to the board of directors, giving them 7 days to reveiw the 990 before it was formally submitted to the IRS Part VI, Line 15a A compensation policy workgroup was created, led by the assistant to the Treasurer, an independent person. Using comparability data and principles harmonious with GRCO's mission, a document of policy and process for all employee compensation was drafted, approved by group members, and submitted to the Board, which approved it in FY 2025. Part VI, Line 15b The policy and process noted in the textbox above is applicable to all employees, including the President. Part VI, Line 19 GRCOs articles of incorporation and its bylaws are available wherever and whenever the IRS makes available GRCOs exemption application. In addition, these would be made available by request of any member of GRCO or the general public.
