Additionally, through regular contact with the organizations regional ministry liaisons, they confirm the usage orally through conversations about the ministry. On the rare occasion that designated monies are sent to a ministry partner and that specified purpose is no longer relevant or needed, the ministry partner, liaison and director will discuss a change in usage of the funds and seek approval from the donors if needed.
