If someone desired to review the Incorporating documents and By-laws the Officers would make them available. The Organization does not have a conflict of interest policy as there are virtually no transactions that could be a conflict. The volunteer firefighters donate their time in any area they are skilled to do work on the fire trucks and buildings. Only internal financial statements are prepared and reviewed and the officers are able to see all bank statements, invoices and transactions upon request.
