Privileges will be extended to the Member, Member's spouse anddependent children as prescribed by the Club.Non-Resident Membership: Available to those whose primary residence liesbetween 20 miles and up to 39 miles from the Club. This membershipprovides unlimited access to all the Club's facilities and amenities Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a Members of the board of directors are elected for 3-year staggered terms.Three new directors are elected annually by the members based on votingrights described on Schedule O for Part VI, Section A, Line 6. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7b Decisions to borrow money for other than operating purposes, emergency maintenance or equipment replacement requires a vote of the membership. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b The 990 is reviewed by management of the organization and the treasurer of the board. With their recommendation for approval, they present the 990 to the Executive Committee, who votes to approve it.
