Working at the intersection of public health, education, and the creative arts, HHPH develops evidence-based, culturally resonant programs that make health information accessible and engaging for youth, families, and communities. During the reporting year, HHPH advanced three core program areas: -Learning Studio: Expanded online, multimedia health literacy resources integrating music-based learning and health education, including 18 new Educator Toolkits. -Health MCs Program: Recruited more than 850 educators who report serving more than 250,000 young people annually. -Campaigns and Events: Produced multimedia campaigns, events, workshops, and presentations covering topics such as mental wellness, nutrition, and stroke prevention, reaching more than 25,000 educators, administrators, community health workers, out of school time providers, and young people. Program design and evaluation is conducted in collaboration with the Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons and/or an external evaluation firm, ensuring scientific rigor and measurable outcomes. Despite financial tightening, HHPH sustained program delivery and demonstrated steady growth in reach and visibility. Governance, Management, and Disclosure (Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11 and 12, Form 990, Section C, Line 19) A draft Form 990 is reviewed by the Board of Directors prior to submission. Program Evaluation and Impact Metrics HHPH uses the REAIM Framework to assess reach, effectiveness, adoption, implementation and maintenance.
