His responsibilities include maintaining correspondence and communication between officers members applicants and the public; representing the Association in judicial legislative and public-affairs matters; maintaining liaison with other trade associations related organizations and government bodies; organizing and managing meetings and calls of the Association; and performing other duties as may be required by the Board of Directors. The Board retains ultimate authority and oversight over all policy financial and operational decisions.
