Part VI, Line 7a All of the members are eligible to vote to elect one or more members of the governing body. Elections are held every year at our annual meeting. Part VI, Line 11b The president prepares the annual report and sends it to the board for their approval before sending it to the CFA Institute. The president treasurer and executive director work on the tax return. The treasurer prepares the draft of the return and sends it to the president and executive director for their review before submitting the return. Part VI, Line 15 The president sends a recommendation for the Executive Directors compensation to the board which reviews discusses and approves it. Part VI, Line 19 The public may request copies of our governing documents conflict of interest and financial statements during the tax year either by mail at our address or by contacting our President or Treasurer.
