We identify first which people and collectives are aligned with our values and program objectives and pair their needs. We invite them to submit their proposal. In case of artists projects and collectives they present their sponsorship proposals along with a detailed budget. Second the editorial team and staff evaluate and approve the proposals in our weekly meetings. Participants are oriented on the methods and documents required for scholarships and grants Periodic team meetings are held to review the use and movement of assigned funds and we support artists and collectives providing coverage of their events in our multimedia platforms. In students cases we coordinate a collaboration meeting so they can provide content or different perspectives for our multimedia channels. Additionally we coordinate follow-up meetings check-ins to know more about progress and other ways the artists students and collective can collaborate with our organization programs and process.
