B) Outreach/Emergency Prep/1st Responders: To address this issue, our partners selected three areas of concern to address, initially through use of C19 Rural Equity Funding: 1) Lack of adequate road & resident signage to facilitate first responders to timely reach residents in need (connecting 911 to doorstep), 2) Inadequate emergency housing (temporary pallet housing), 3) Volunteerism (Is rural volunteerism on life support?), 4) Rural Mobile Integrated Health Network, and 5) Increasing Healthy Ferry County organizational capacity.
