Of the above stated caseload, 689 matters were screened,8 conciliated,435 conflict coached,375 mediated and 4 restorative practice matters. These cases opened and resolved were made possible by providing a simple and accessible mechanism for the resolution of interpersonal civil andcriminal complaints, and by offering Bronx residents an Alternative DisputeResolution Center that provides parties in a dispute a non-threatening environmentin which their matters are addressed.
