Members consist of each parent or guardian who has signed a tuition agreement for a child enrolled at SSMS and each employee and trustee of SSMS. Committee meeting documentation Part VI line 8b Committees are authorized by and report to the board of trustees. Committees written documentation is not required unless specifically requested by the board of trustees. Form 990 governing body review Part VI line 11 The form 990 is reviewed first by the treasurer, head of school and business manager, secondly by the finance committee, and finally by the board of trustees.
