Each Sholarship fund tracks the donations, payments, and balances remaining. Awards are given annually, based on the applicant's continued enrollment that qualifies for that award. To receive the funds, the applicant must provide documentation for each payment of their enrollment. Teacher Grants are also tracked in this similar manner. Teachers submit request for funding for special projects that would not be paid by the school district. Requests are then selected based on their specific merits. The teacher must then submit receipts for all purchases, and in return are reimbursed for those funds. Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 8b Committees are advisory to the board, and all financial decisions or recommendations are brought to the full board for a vote. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b Upon completion of the 990, the Treasurer, President, and vice president met and reviewed the information of the form. It was then posted on the website for all board members to access and view. Once submitted, a copy is available to the public upon request.
