Our greatest growth and challenge this year has been expanding our reach across new geographies, bringing our proven leadership-through-coaching model to more young women and youth athletes. Each WCA coach receives comprehensive training on effective coaching techniques and leadership development, along with custom research-based practice plans created by the WCA team to guide them through each session of the season.
