Specifically, HMEMSA coordinated with government officials to ensure diagnostic equipment and medical expenses of those afflicted with this rare disease would be covered. In addition, HMEMSA also raised funds to support the operations of three orphanages and contributed to initiatives for students such as vocational training, boy scouts, and after-school tutoring. Additionally, HMEMSA donated medical formula necessary to treat 150 PKU children's benefiting from our support. HMEMSA's Medical Committee also conducted a medical mission to Mekness Public hospital with a mission to decrease Infant and Maternal Mortality in Morocco. Eton Pharmaceuticals: Donated GoLike granules and bars valued at $822,903.50 (based on donor-provided FMV tables). Cambrooke Therapeutics: Donated Glytactin Build and BetterMilk products valued at $17,790.16 (based on donor invoices). All donated items were distributed to PKU patients through SOS PKU Maroc. None were retained as assets or sold. Fair market value determinations were based on donor-provided valuations and documentation maintained by HMEMSA. Cash donations received separately were used exclusively for shipping, customs, and logistics associated with these humanitarian distributions.
