Moms and dads continue to be supported in their parenting decisions through a parenting program specifically designed for their needs. There were 964 visits in 2024, with 74 completing programs and earning brand-new equipment and supplies for their children. Pathway distributed 200 cans of formula, 1,264 hygiene items, and 19,688 diapers. We also gave out 6,778 pieces of clothing, outfits and accessories sizes newborn to 4T. They also take into consideration the current budget and what they believe Pathway can afford. The Board grants annual pay increases according to the national cost of living increases well as accomplishments of the Executive Director for the past year. 15b-The Executive Director sets the salary of the other employees at Pathway. The Director also uses Care Net and Heartbeat International Salary Survey as a guide. The salaries are then placed in the annual budget which is approved by the Board.
